We’re committed to giving every home a thorough, top-quality clean. Because some properties need significantly more time, effort, or supplies to reach that standard, we reserve the right to adjust your quoted price for exceptionally difficult jobs. If we find your home needs meaningfully more work than expected, our office will reach out with a revised quote before any additional cleaning begins. Any extra time beyond the original scope is billed at our standard rate of $75 per hour, per cleaner.
How to Prepare for Your Cleaning
A little prep goes a long way — review the tips below for your service type to help us give you the best possible clean and avoid any extra fees.
General
- Pick up clutter from floors and surfaces
- Put away valuables and anything fragile
- Make sure any rooms we’ll be cleaning are unlocked
- Keep pets and kids out of the cleaners’ way while they work
Kitchen
- Store perishable food and clear off countertops
- Clear items off the stovetop and kitchen floor
- Empty the sink and dishwasher (we’re happy to load the dishwasher if that’s an added extra)
Bathrooms
- Clear off countertops and toilets
- Remove items from the shower/tub area
- Clear the floor and corners
- Flush all toilets and make sure they’re free of any bodily fluids
Bedrooms
- Put clothing and personal items away
- Tidy nightstands and dressers and clear off surfaces
- Pick up shoes and clear the bedroom floor

- Let our team know ahead of time about any specific areas you’d like extra attention on
General

- Rooms and closets should be completely empty

Scheduling & Booking Notes
- Cleaners arrive within a one-hour window of your scheduled booking time
- Depending on availability, your cleaning may be completed by a team or a single cleaner
- Bookings are scheduled based on cleaning hours per individual cleaner, not per job
